First available bookings start at 6:30pm. Please note as with all resort a la carte restaurants, they only do one full seating for the night so while it may look like many tables are empty, they are reserved for later times.
Remember they have to cater to people's tastes from all different parts of the world so if you do not enjoy your meal or are not satisfied with the portions, a short walk to the buffet after should do the trick.

This is the Mediterranean Restaurant. Full sit down meal.
Please note there is a door leading out to the buffet but is really an exit only. The buffet workers told us we could use that as an entrance and we ended up waiting inside while everyone else was waiting outside for the doors to open. Felt like we jumped the line which was uncomfortable.
Below are some pictures of the interior of the restaurant. Restaurant is fully enclosed.
A welcome drink is served upon arrival in each restaurant. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri as well.
My husband ordered a mojito.
We both ordered the velvet crab bisque soup with mushroom ravioli. Very deep crab flavour. We laughed at the single ravioli. Please remember this is the Dominican. Their pasta is very similar to Mexico and is quite pasty in texture. The only pasta where you may not notice that texture difference is in the spaghetti. Please do not eat this thinking it will be like North American pasta or you will be disappointed.
I ordered the mixed salad with goat cheese roulade with a french dressing. The goat cheese is breaded and crisped up and in the picture look like two light brown balls on either side of the lettuce. There were two prunes as well. The sweet tastes with the salad were very nice along with the cheese.
My husband ordered smoked salmon and shrimp twists with Caribbean fruit. The salmon was a tartare style. He would have preferred if it had been sliced as the texture was different.
I decided to go vegetarian and ordered the classic ratatouille. It's vegetables. Should I comment?
My husband ordered the lamb mignonettes with thyme and honey. This was a home run for him and he would definitely re-order.
We both ordered the chocolate and cream cheese semifreddo with forest fruit coulis.
